Workflow
I have experience managing and executing proof of concept campaigns for multiple cloud based video editing softwares, including EditShare + Lucidlink. With that experience I have overseen the structure and process of testing with a team of five editors, delivering results to the post production lead. This allowed us to effectively provide a procurement team into making a suitable decision for our department which in turn results in an agency wide shift in workflow. I have since become a key individual in rolling out this workflow for my current agency.
A highlight with this new workflow has been the event of Global Newsroom's with onsite production + remote post production whilst the automation of files from camera to cloud has taken place, enabling editors to work from camera within minutes.
